How the System Works

Each Season Rank consists of:

Rank Objectives — Tasks like defeating specific bosses, completing events, or defeating elite monsters.

A Capstone Dungeon — A key challenge tied to that rank. Clearing the dungeon’s boss is required to advance, and these dungeons do not scale with your character level, meaning you can tackle them early for a greater challenge or later for easier progression.

Capstone Dungeons appear throughout progression. Successfully beating them triggers your promotion to the next rank — even if your character is under‑leveled relative to the suggested level.

Season Rank Rewards

Season Ranks now directly govern most of your progression boosts and rewards:

Skill Points — Earned at Ranks 1, 2, and 3.

Paragon Points — Granted starting Rank 3 and up through Rank 6.

Cosmetics & Seasonal Rewards — Including things like pets (the Alefta pet unlock appears tied to mid‑season ranks), titles, sigils, and other seasonal items.

Unlike previous seasons, you don’t gain any bonus stats automatically when jumping into the seasonal realm — everything comes from your rank progression.

Endgame content (The Pit, The Tower) unlock as you hit certain ranks.

Leaderboards return in beta with the Tower content, marking competitive progress across classes and game modes.
